This French-Danish fusion restaurant inside the Radisson Blu is upscale dining at its best. The "5 Rooms" name refers to the different dining areas, each of which are decorated in a simple but elegant country style, complete with antique portraiture, cast iron stove, and well-worn, woodbeam ceilings. The kitchen sources from Bornholm's local food producers to create Borholm's beloved butter-fried fish platters and cordon bleu-style beefsteak stuffed with salted cured ham and Emmenthaler cheese.
