If you're a golfer or tennis player rather than a beachgoer, Aphrodite Hills will be your dream come true—it offers an 18-hole championship course and a tennis academy with four clay and five hard courts. The resort also has an expansive outdoor pool area; luxe spa with 27 treatment rooms, gym, and gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the sea; its own village square, with additional restaurants, shops, and bars; and a kids' club. The only thing it doesn't have is a beachfront, though the resort offers complimentary shuttles to its two nearby beach clubs. The country club feel extends to the resort's rooms, which are clean and modern with Aphrodite-inspired accents including replicas of ancient clay pots; some rooms open onto terraces with views of the golf course and the sea beyond, while selected suites have their own private plunge pools or outdoor Jacuzzis.
