Possibly the most authentic eatery in Bol, Gušt serves traditional Dalmatian dishes and homemade rakija at heavy wooden tables and benches in a whitewashed dining room decorated with an eccentric array of old local paintings and fishing tools. Ceiling fans keep the interior cool and airy, and there are several tables out on the terrace.
