In the old Russian consulate great house at the tip of the Frenchtown peninsula, this restaurant offers superb views along with fresh seafood dishes expertly prepared by longtime Virgin Islands chef Patricia LaCourte and her staff. Specialties include Bouillabaisse brimming with Caribbean lobster, shrimp, mussels, and clams in a tomato-saffron broth; and an entree duo of grilled bacon wrapped beef filet with garlic shrimp. After dinner, take a five-minute stroll to nearby Frenchtown where several bars offer live music on the weekends.
