Fodor's Expert Review Caribbean Cuisine

This is a wonderful little spot serving Guyanese Indian cuisine that is just down the road from the airport. There is not a set menu, but rather a white board where they jot down what's in the pot that day. You are sure to find amazing rotis and curries, and they always have something for the vegetarian, such as a dahl or chickpea option to be enjoyed with homemade naan. The delicious food just can't be beat. There are several tables inside an air-conditioned space, or you can choose the takeaway option. Either way, go early, because it closes at 6pm.
