South Beach Miami meets island time at this gorgeous resort with modern, chic furnishings, a minimalistic vibe, and bathrooms like no others on the island, complete with waterfalls cascading into tubs from the ceiling and huge rain showers. Guests can choose from a lovely garden studio right up to a three-bedroom, 3,700-square-foot penthouse. Crisp, clean white interiors are complemented by a splash of color and warm-wood accents, and every room has floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows. With room service, beach and pool service, and a beautiful spa on-site, you don't have to go far for pampering—the two restaurants are excellent, and Pink Bar serves fine rosé wines and blush Champagnes with a seasonal menu of small bites. As the last resort on the west end of the bay, it offers miles of beach to wander with few to share it with.
