Italian Chef/Patron Cristian Grini always has a selection of classic Italian favorites on offer—the authentic pizza is probably the best on the island and is surprisingly affordable. The bar attracts young professionals and local hipsters who come for the excellent cocktails andlate-night desserts. This restaurant is associated with the even more upscale Prime Restaurant, so the service is impeccable.
