Guided Tours

Several operators on St. Vincent offer sightseeing tours on land or by sea. Per-person prices range from $30 for a two-hour tour to the Botanic Gardens to $150 for a day sail to the Grenadines. A full-day tour around Kingstown and either the leeward or windward coast, including lunch, will cost about $65 per person. You can arrange for informal land tours through taxi drivers, who double as knowledgeable guides. Expect to pay $30 per hour for up to four people.

Fantasea Tours. A fleet of four powerboats—ranging from a 28-foot Bowen to a 60-foot party catamaran—are ready to take you on a cruise to Bequia and Mustique, along the St. Vincent coast, whale- or dolphin-watching, or snorkeling in the Tobago Cays and Mayreau. Alternatively Fantasea offers land tours along the windward coast to Owia Salt Pond, along the leeward coast to Dark View Falls, or hikes either along the Vermont Nature Trail or up La Soufrière volcano.
