Soufriere and the West Coast
Caribbean
When you're visiting Diamond Falls and other Soufrière attractions, this makes a convenient (buffet) lunch spot. Located on a 400-acre working plantation just outside of town, the two dining rooms here seat up to 400 people, so it's also a popular stop for tour groups and cruise passengers. The emphasis is on local cuisine, using vegetables such as christophene, breadfruit, yam, and callaloo along with grilled fish or chicken; there are also pork and beef dishes. All of the fruits and vegetables are organically grown on the estate.
