This sophisticated beach bar at the Four Seasons is a perennial hot spot, thanks to a gorgeous outdoor deck overlooking the illuminated water, sizzling music, fab drinks (as well as an extensive rum bar with more than 100 selections), hip decor, and a farm- and sea-to-table menu showcasing local ingredients, many grown by the staff. You can savor artfully presented, robustly flavored Caribbean classics with inventive accents such as barbecue pork-and-plantain empanadas, lobster fritters, or mango-Myers's rum barbecued baby back ribs. The kitchen also delights with updated twists, such as chilled corn-and-coconut soup. Half the menu is gluten-free.
