Fodor's Expert Review Le Toiny
Hôtel Le Toiny's dramatic, redesigned, cliff-side dining porch showcases nature and gastronomy in equal parts. Less stuffy than in the past, the food is notable for its innovation and extraordinary presentation, and the warm but consummately professional service sets a high standard. There are starters like shrimp tempura and avocado bruschetta to share, then luxurious first courses like black truffle pasta, seared foie gras, black cod, and other interesting grilled fish and meat entreés complimented by exotic ingredients. For lunch (reservations mandatory) you can dine and relax at the hotel's new private beach club.
