Tucked away on the second floor of the historic El Convento Hotel, Santísmo is one of old town's newest dining destinations. After years of working in Japan, Switzerland, and Ecuador, executive chef Antonio Perez returned to Puerto Rico and now fuses his international experience with local flavors and ingredients. A stone oven is used to cook many of the dishes, including the branzino, creative flatbreads, and phenomenal chicken with achiote. Don't miss the crudos. All dining is al fresco on two terraces overlooking the hotel's striking arches. It's a great spot for a date night.
