Tourists can feel welcome and will not be hassled. Drinks are less expensive than at many of the clubs. The best is its convenient, easy-to-find location right across from the Savane. Guests at l'Imperatrice or the new Fort Savane can walk to it for it's on the same street. If you're having trouble finding it, look up—it is not on the ground floor.
