Fodor's Expert Review Club Nazz and Restaurant
Just 100 yards west of Water Square, this restaurant is in a restored, brightly painted Georgian-style building that once served as a courthouse. Locals and visitors alike dig into Jamaican cuisine, such as curried goat, oxtail, jerk chicken or pork, and rice and peas. Shrimp and fish are done to order. For the less adventurous, there are burgers and fries. The full-service bar offers most any rum drink you can think of. Sadly, most cruise ships set sail before the nightclub scene gets underway, with performances by a cross-section of musicians.
