The 50-acre resort consists of several "villages" constructed with Italian, Dutch, and French architectural touches. The resort is surrounded by a 500-acre nature preserve and lies on a 2-mile-long (3-km-long) beach. Great amenities include a spa and a theater. The historic ruin of Ackendown Castle is opposite.
