The jazzed-up Eden Palm Theater for years was the stage for Cuban-influenced Caribbean musical reviews on Saturday nights. Now, though it still has a supper club ambience, it's just a fun DJ and dancing on Saturday nights following dinner service. Dinner is a multicourse, Franco-Caribbean affair and may include an alcoholic beverage. The wine carte encompasses bottles from around the world, with some fine bottles.
