Claudia and Werner "Max" Nagel, who also operate Carriacou Silver Diving, serve breakfast and a three-course dinner at their cottage on Main Street in a lovely, informal garden setting. The prix-fixe menu changes daily, depending on what's fresh at the market, and runs the gamut from grilled or smoked fish or lambi fritters to roast pork, schnitzels, or even Italian cuisine—all accompanied by an excellent selection of wines.
