Draped over the hillside at the southern end of Grand Anse Beach, Flamboyant offers roomy, reasonably priced accommodations—all with private verandas that have stunning, panoramic views of the sea. The one-bedroom suites and two-bedroom, two-bath cottages each have a fully equipped kitchen and sitting room with sofa bed, making this a good value for families. Be prepared for lots of steps (more than 100) to get down to the beach—somewhat fewer between the rooms and the restaurant—although courtesy transport by golf cart is always an option. The crab races, held after dinner on Monday nights, are legendary.
