Fronted by the bay, this city-style hotel on the western edge of Roseau offers lovely views from its higher floors—the rooms take in the town's quaint buildings, the ocean, and the imposing mountains. Though the Balisier Restaurant setting is charming and there's a Friday Caribbean buffet, the service and food are both ho-hum. Watching the sunset while sipping a Sundowner at the Ole Jetty Bar on the fifth-floor rooftop terrace is a popular guest pursuit.
