An interesting surprise in the residential neighborhood of Pietermaai, spanning five brightly painted renovated heritage homes, this friendly and casual seaside resort and full PADI diving center combines casual chic with bohemian boutique. They have their own small beach and surf-side pool plus a lovely outdoor dining spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The rooms are pleasant and airy with stellar views of the sea, and they also have two- and three-bedroom suites. The staff is easygoing and friendly. You need not be a diver to enjoy a stay here, though you might want to take an intro course to take advantage of their house reef, which is just steps from the rooms. They also do dive trips to the island’s best spots.
