This idyllic, off-the-beaten-path restaurant nestled within the well-manicured grounds of Frenchmans' Hotel offers exceptional food. Chef Roberto Brea, from Spain, works diligently to incorporate fresh, local Caribbean ingredients and spices into traditional Spanish-inspired meals. On Sundays, the restaurant offers a three-course fixed-price brunch that is one of the best values on island and includes eggs Benedict, rum-and-coconut battered French toast, yellowfin tuna, and sirloin steaks. Brunch guests dine leisurely both indoors and by the small pool. Dinner items include the signature shrimp and mango ceviche appetizer, grilled beefsteak, fresh fish, and daily specials like gambas al ajillo (Spanish-style shrimp flavored with garlic, olive oil, and paprika).
