Chef Wil uses locally grown produce and fish from the sea, presenting a creative menu for his discerning clientele. The house-smoked marlin is delectable. Their wine list is impressive as well. Chef Wil also makes and bottles his own line of hot sauces and rubs called the Flaming Flamingo Hot Sauce Co. Be sure to take a few bottles home.
