Fodor's Expert Review

This sophisticated boutique property is a popular wedding, honeymoon, and luxurious vacation getaway located on Bermuda's South Shore. Cliff-side rooms have ocean or pool views, but not all are created equal: the ultra high-end suites have full kitchens, walk-in showers for two and large balconies with private hot tubs. From complimentary watersports to wine tastings, this resort has it all.

You Should Know This property is quite literally perched atop a cliff and getting around means navigating lots of stairs. Be sure to request a room close to the lobby if you'd prefer to avoid a hike.

Reserve a table right on the sand at Coconuts Restaurant for one of Bermuda's most romantic culinary experiences. Relaxing afternoon tea and an award-winning Sunday brunch are also on offer.

You Should Know Although the views are picture-perfect year-round, the alfresco dining options are only open seasonally, April to November.

Drinking

Choose between a number of different watering holes, including the clifftop Bar Lounge & Terrace and the beachfront Sand Bar. There's also a bar in the main dining room so you never have to worry about reaching the bottom of your glass.

Tip Inquire about nighttime activities before taxiing into Hamilton in search of excitement. Weekly BBQs and live entertainment transform the often reserved, quiet beachfront into a lively happy hour destination.
