Fodor's Expert Review Chop Stix

$$$ Paradise Island Chinese

Expect traditional Chinese favorites with a contemporary twist at this stylish restaurant. It's one of the few places in Nassau that you can get crispy duck, but seafood dishes take center stage. For a late-night bite, pop in for dim sum Friday and Saturday. The menu includes chicken spring rolls, baked pork buns, and shrimp and lobster shu mai. The food is consistently good but wildly expensive for what you get, making it the most overpriced of the restaurants at Atlantis.
