One of Soc Trang's newest hotels, Tin Hoa has light and spacious rooms with pine furniture, fancy wallpaper, silver blackout curtains, and a grand view of the People's Committee building across the road. It's got the basics covered in the rooms, which each have air-conditioning, a flat screen TV, kettle, mini-refrigerator, hair dryer, phone, writing desk, and two little armchairs. The hotel also has an elevator—a rarity in this price range—and two dining areas. Breakfast isn't included in the room rate but can be purchased for as little as $1.40.
