In a central location, this hotel has clean, simple, and functional rooms that are actually pretty comfortable, with Vietnamese-style splash bathrooms. The furniture is solid-looking wood and the air-conditioning works well, which is all you can really ask for at this price. The hotel is behind the Co-Op Mart supermarket and the only two fast-food outlets in town, and a block from the Catholic church.
