Fodor's Review

Street food–inspired modern Vietnamese cuisine is the focus of multilevel Anan Saigon, the brainchild of talented Vietnamese-American chef Peter Cuong Franklin, whose Hong Kong restaurants have won many awards. The restaurant is on the ground; the first floor is an outdoor deck with a street food vibe, and there's also a stylish rooftop bar on the sixth floor overlooking one of Saigon's oldest markets and the city's tallest building. For those who know Vietnamese food, there are many nuances in every dish. For those who don't, it's just spectacularly delicious food.
