Fodor's Expert Review 27 Grill

With service that's usually as sleek as the interior design, 27 Grill, associated with the glitzy Chill Bar on the 26th floor, has the best steaks and one of the best views in town, as well as an extensive wine list. If you can drag your eyes away from the view of Ho Chi Minh City at night, you can watch the two Danish chefs at work at the charcoal grill in the marble and stainless steel open kitchen. This is one of the few places in town to have a dress code (no flip-flops, shorts, or tank tops). It also bans pregnant women and children under 18 after 9 pm.
