A true French Quarter boutique hotel, the French colonial–style De Syloia is small but fashionable, with wooden furniture, large beds, and cream-color linens in the well-appointed and well-maintained rooms. The restaurant, Cay Cau, serves mainly Vietnamese food with some Western dishes. Because the hotel is often fully booked you should make reservations well in advance.
