One of the most consistently well reviewed restaurants on the Cat Ba Town waterfront, this is a reliably good option. While there's a wide range of dishes on offer (in common with practically every other dining venue here), fresh seafood is the undoubted star of the show. Morsels such as squid, clams, scallops, and oysters are cooked to order, as are glistening fish fresh from the ocean. The rest of the menu takes in the usual greatest hits of Vietnam (pho, spring rolls, and so on) and a smattering of European offerings.
