The headland at Yamu is an isolated part of Phuket and, because of the isolation, is particularly quiet and exclusive. There is no beach here, but the rocky point hosts some of Phuket's most exclusive properties. Boats at the jetty whisk travelers off to beach spots on Phuket and nearby islands. There are a few local villages and several high-end gated communities.
