Not to be confused with Tanglin Shopping Centre, this aging four-level mall tends to get lost in the Orchard Road shuffle, though it remains popular with local expats. The Tasty Food Court is worth a visit, the somewhat upscale Tanglin Market Place sells a fine selection of international foods, and there's a good variety of toy stores and fashion boutiques.
