Though it lacks the usual sparkle of many Taj Hotels, this is a fine property (close to the temples) with lots of amenities and an unusual (for India) attention to safety issues. Each comfortable room has a balcony or patio facing the pool or 11-acre gardens (if you come in summer, request one with the extra air-conditioner). Junior suites have a small TV room so you can watch without disturbing anyone. A camel and bullock cart can be arranged on request for rides around the property; there's also a jogging track.
