After bringing branches to Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore, this well-regarded dim sum house launched in Kolkata in 2014. Set in the upscale Quest Mall, Yauatcha has a massive bar showcasing its liquor collection as well as a private dining area. It's great for dumplings, tea, and seafood—in short, everything Kolkata is obessive about. The crispy duck, prawn and chicken shu mai (dumplings) seem to be the overall favorites.
