In an undeveloped area about 2 km (1 mile) south of Kovalam, this well-designed and maintained 3-acre property has a secluded beach and ayurvedic center. It's at water level in a quiet village, five minutes from Niraamaya. The spotless, large rooms with red-tiled bathrooms are in modern, tile-roofed buildings with wooden ceilings, and some have panoramic ocean views. Common areas are connected by red-tiled walkways and decorated with shrubbery, wood lounge chairs, and hammocks. It's good value for the money (tariff includes taxes), and often booked well in advance by German tour groups. The suite rooms are more attractive.
