Although not as luxurious as some of its neighbors, this resort combines comfort with serenity. It's got all that you need from a backwaters-beach resort at a great price. Its pretty white bungalows with terra-cotta roofs are set in a lovely 13-acre beachfront property that also has a small lagoon running through, as well as ponds and the shade produced from hundreds of coconut palm. The rooms, each with their own sit-out, are spacious, stylish, and furnished in muted colors. High ceilings, wood trim, and solid-wood furniture give them a substantial feel.
