Set over three floors and a basement, the main gathering-place for New Delhi’s large population of Korean expats is mostly furnished with a combination of sunken tables and little booths, though there are several stand-alone tables for those uncomfortable or unable to use traditional Korean seating. If you're with a large group, the friendly Korean waitstaff will fire up the barbeque embedded in the sunken tables; otherwise, a grill is wheeled up to the table. The bulgogi—made with marinated beef—is fine, but the real specialties are the so galbi (barbequed beef ribs) and the wang galbi (pork ribs). The whole sweet-and-sour fried cod is pretty spectacular, and an excellent value for a large party. Wash it down with some sweet plum wine.
