Bund18's Chinese restaurant, Tan Wai Lou, serves up nouveau Cantonese cuisine in a refined setting. The food is good and well presented, though the non-Chinese service can be a little jarring for a diner expecting a classic Chinese meal. Still, the seafood is very fresh and the view of the Huangpu spectacular.
