Fodor's Expert Review Tandoor

A hidden gem of an Indian restaurant, Tandoor’s location slightly away from the main nightlife areas means it has risked being overlooked by all but Indian regulars in the know. But if you’re in the mood for Indian, look no further for excellent food from a classic, wide-ranging menu and gentle, efficient service. Appetizers and tandoori dishes are particularly good. The large screen showing Bollywood movies and music is the one odd aspect of an otherwise elegant interior, but the effect is not overbearing. There’s a lunch buffet on weekdays and a great value daily dinner buffet.
