Operated by the M’Lop Tapang charity, this is a vocational training restaurant that consistently demonstrates just how good the training is—the service is attentive and the food exceptional. New and inventive Cambodian dishes are constantly being added and the specials change regularly. Try the fresh prawn ceviche or delightful lort-cha (Cambodian panfried noodles) and treat yourself to the grilled pork fillet stuffed with fresh-toasted coconut. The cocktails are pretty decent, too.
