Fodor's Review

This is a chic little French bistro-bar that harks back to 1930s Paris, and it's set to become a hot spot in Siem Reap. It follows on from the success of the original Armand, a mainstay of Phnom Penh's dining scene, but here there are unique influences from all three partners. The manager is also a designer, and created a space inspired by Balthazars in New York and the sharp staff uniforms; another partner has a vineyard in France's Dordogne region, so the wine selection is excellent, and they have the best house wine around. The stamp of Armand himself ensures that the place oozes charm and character. Come here for fine French cuisine and classic cocktails.
