Fodor's Review

Dubai's premier water park, Wild Wadi covers 12 acres and abuts Jumeirah Beach in the shadow of the Burj Al-Arab hotel. There are 30 rides and other watery attractions here, including the Jumeirah Scierah (a 50-mph, high-adrenaline chute) and artificial wave rides (Riptide Flowrider and The Wipeout) that were designed by industry leader Thomas Lochtefel. Wild Wadi Water Park has its own artificial beach at Breakers Bay, and cabanas that can be booked to provide a home base for a large family. There is a good range of rides for all ages, including a large children's area suitable for very little ones.

Supervisor Bilaal and team leader Adam and Security Joy

Very rude customer service. I was on jumeriah beach and had to go back into the water park to get medicine for my 6momths old baby and was told by Joy I had to get my 5 years old son my 6 months old baby and my partner into for me to be able to access the water park . Joy was very very rude and then after I made a scene and a fuss I was allowed in. I Then later on that day requested to speak to a manager I. Order to make a comment, bilaal the supervisor

and Adam arrived for me to make a formal complaint again was not considered very rude attitude by bilaal very unprofessional attitude and was not aploytic at all I them gave them my business card and order them to email me there information in order for me to lodge a complaint they took my detail and have not connected me ever since. The water park itself has no wow factor and is very expensive I would never pay to access the water park I had free entry as I was a jumeriah resident is the only reason I even went to the water park, I recommend Atlantis water park over wild wadi any day. I also had a bad experience with wild wadi supervisors in 2013 and looks like ur service in treating there customer with respect has not change . Disgusting attitude please if you are in Dubai go Atlantis u will. It be disappointed because I guarantee u u will not be happy with the 3 rides they have and kids price and adults price is absolutely ridiculous!!!!
