Natural Elements Spa & Fitness, an all-around fitness facility with salon, has nine treatment rooms and more than 50 treatments for the face and body. There are specialist hydrotherapy suites for water treatments. Products are organic and 100% chemical free, by Ila and Pevonia. The fitness center has three pools, including a 25-meter swim lane for cardiovascular workouts. The gym is fully equipped with Life Fitness and Nautilus machines and free weights, and instructors hold spinning, yoga, and boxing classes. Personal instruction and long-term fitness support are available.
