Rafting and Canoeing
The Breede River has tiny rapids near Worcester, where it twists and turns between clumps of palmiet (river reeds) and overgrown banks.

Wildthing Adventures. Now part of the well-established Felix Unite river-rafting company, Wildthing Adventures runs river trips down the Breede. Enjoy a two-night stay at River Camp Round The Bend on the banks of the Breede River and head out each day to negotiate some rapids or drift lazily along, depending on the water levels.
