Dolphin Adventures. This company offers regular trips in sleek but stable tandem kayaks (all gear provided). From May to the end of August their trips depart at 10 and 2; the rest of the year the times are 6, 9, 12, and 3. They also offer surf rentals. Plettenberg Bay. Kayaking on Plettenberg Bay is a great way to see the sights and possibly enjoy a visit from a whale or dolphin. Though you aren't likely to see as many animals as the people on the big boats will, it's a far more intimate and exciting experience if you do. You also get to paddle past the Cape fur seal colony on Robberg.
