With a French and Belgian focus, Poivre Noir masterfully crafts some of Kigali's best meals. Though their menu changes quarterly, think salmon ceviche marinated in orange and tamarind and a mushroom crumble drizzled with white truffle oil to start, and their famous burger and selection of steaks as a main. For dessert, don't miss the tart vanilla panna cotta with crunchy meringue and strawberries. Guests are served on a covered outdoor patio, and lit candles, light wooden furniture, and mood lighting provide an excellent ambience for delicious food.
