The Ibis is a great, centrally located, budget option for those looking for the consistency of an international chain. In the Al Khuwair neighborhood, less than 10 minutes from the Atheiba and Qurum beaches, the hotel is roughly 15 to 20 minutes from Mutrah and surrounded by casual restaurants, shops, and the Muscat Grand Mall. The rooms are small but adequate, as is the casual restaurant. Alcohol is not available, but there are bars nearby.PROS
