Fodor's Expert Review Riad Felloussia

Set in the heart of Meknès, between El Hedim square and the medina, the five suites—some of which are split-level, three have air-conditioning—of this lovely riad are full of character, decorated with traditional furniture, Berber rugs, and African art. There’s plenty of space to relax, with two pretty patios—the larger one comes complete with a tiled fountain and indoor garden—a dining area, spacious salon, and a roof terrace overlooking the old city’s jumble of rooftops and show-stopping sunset views. A three-course dinner is available upon request. It's cash only but they take euros as well as dirhams.
