Friendly waiters serve tapas and other Latino dishes in a clean dining room overlooking the Senegambia strip. Order a drink—perhaps a mojito, or the Little Havana cooler with white rum and ginger ale—then select a bunch of plates and share. The list might include sweet potato and corn fritters with chili dipping sauce, ginger, garlic, and tomato sauce in a shrimp casserole, fish and chips, beef filet in brandy cream sauce, or roasted rack of lamb with an herb crust. Salsa dancing happens some nights.
