What're the alternatives to site59.com?

It looks like this website no longer allows you to pick a flight only option.

Are there other websites that offer last-minute airfares? I'm curious in taking a look.

Thanks.

Hi,

All of the airlines themselves have last minute deals, as do the usual sites like travelocity, expedia etc.

But also try www.sidestep.com, wwww.itasoftware.com, www.lastminutetravel.com, http://airtravelcenter.com/fast.htm.

You can also always try priceline or hotwire, if you are flexible in your travels.

Good luck!

Karen

Thanks, K.

I've never used Priceline or Hotwire as my schedule is usually pretty inflexible. I'll take a look at lastminutetravel.com -- I think that I've heard of the others, but I've not really tried them.

Through site59 I was able to buy a ticket to London from NYC for about $300 last July. I guess that'll probably just have to be a one-time event....

111op, just want to say thanks---this post brought site59.com to my attention--and I just booked a long weekend in Costa Rica for 2/3-2/6 for our family. Thanks! and this proves that you NEVER know when and how your posts will help someone.

Hey, thanks kwsl, for writing. I actually found out about it here -- and let's all thank whoever he/she was who posted about it first.

Have lots of fun.

(I still find it too bad they don't have an airfare only option anymore.)
